How do you get the Arcane Lab? I was told something about the "item drops when you clear the first event in world 2" but I don't know what that means :P

I have NO problem with this game being released in December since Christmas invades Thanksgiving AND Halloween on a yearly basis (so stop complaining so much everyone). My own problem is: where the hell is that moonstone? :P
